TERMS OF SERVICE — Legacy Card House

1. Acceptance of Terms.
By accessing or purchasing from legacycardhouse.com ("the Site"), operated by Legacy Card House ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products.
We sell sports and trading cards, both raw (ungraded) and professionally graded, as well as sealed packs, boxes, and related collectibles. Card condition descriptions, including grading company assessments (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.), reflect the opinion of the grading company or our own visual assessment at time of listing — they are not a guarantee of future value, investment return, or resale price. Trading card values fluctuate and we make no representation about future appreciation.

3. Pricing & Availability.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Payment.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit/debit cards and any additional methods enabled at checkout.

5. Shipping.
Orders ship within our stated handling time once payment is confirmed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs, when charged, are disclosed at checkout.

6. Age Requirement.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian permission and involvement, to make a purchase on this Site.

7. Intellectual Property.
All content on the Site — including photos, logos, and descriptions — is the property of Legacy Card House and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Card House is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

9. Governing Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
